Aerial yoga uses traditional postures in a non-traditional way.  We use an aerial hammock as a prop to aid with alignment, strength, and flexibility.

After using the hammock for support in various postures, classes end with a relaxing session nestled within the cocoon of the hammock.

We offer weekly aerial yoga classes and monthly beginner's workshops. Find out more below!

AERIAL CLASSES

We run weekly aerial yoga classes, which are suitable for those who have completed our beginners aerial yoga workshops, or have done aerial yoga previously.

BEGINNER
AERIALIMMERSIVE

If you are brand new to aerial yoga, then this one is for you. We offer an immersive workshop to help beginners build their confidence before joining regular group classes.

 

We will explore the hammock slowly to enable you to build confidence and progress your aerial yoga practice.

​

We'll start with a brief introduction to the hammock before using the hammock as support for yoga poses and deep stretches. We will then use the hammock to build strength before progressing to inversions. There will be a short break before we move into restorative aerial yoga with a long sound relaxation.

PRIVATE
SESSIONS

We can offer up to 6 people (or two separate groups of 6) an exclusive aerial yoga class. £100 p/hour. 

We can tailor your session to you - want to add on a craft session or spend some time in our hot tub? Just let us know!
