We have created the perfect course for you! Aerial Yoga for Beginners starts on 4th July at 5.30pm and continues for the 6 weeks after that.
Week 1: Exploring the hammock
Week 2: Restorative Aerial Yoga
Week 3: Using the hammock for support with stretches
Week 4: Progressing to use the hammock for support with yoga poses
Week 5: Using the hammock to build strength
Week 6: Exploring inversions and tricks
