Once again we invite you to join the wonderful Lynne to explore your inversion practice. Lynne will guide you through a warming yoga flow, where she will provide feedback to enable you to work on your strength for inversions within your regular practice. We will then play with some more advanced poses, inversions, arm balances, and hand balances, with support from Lynne, and our trusty props.
