New Booking System

Hey team!

 

 

 

I am super excited to let you know that we have now migrated to a new booking platform. This is going to make things a lot better for you guys, and from our end too.

 

 

 

Thank you for your patience, as some of you would have discovered that I turned off booking on Saturday night, so that I could be sure that the memberships and class bookings that we are transferring to the new system are correct, with no one forgotten.

 

 

 

Booking is now open again - so once you’ve read the below, you’re welcome to jump into your account, check everything is correct and book the rest of your classes for the upcoming months.

 

 

 

New app

 

We’ll now have our own app for each studio, so you won’t need to worry about selecting a class at the wrong studio now.

 

 

 

You can download it by searching for the studio on your app store.

 

 

 

Injuries

 

We now have a much better way of recording your injuries on your profile, which you and your teacher can edit, however this is not yet available via the app, so we recommend you make your first booking through the website so you can list your injuries, which will then be saved to your profile. You can then amend and update these within your profile on the website portal. You can also ask our admin team or your teacher to update these.

 

 

 

New waitlist policy

 

When a spot opens up - everyone on the waitlist will be emailed, andthe spot will be given to the first person to respond.

 

 

 

Why we chose this option:

 

You’ll be able to join several waitlists without having the required credits. Previously you’d have needed enough credits to join a waitlist.

 

 

 

When it gets closer to the class time and you can no longer attend, you are not obliged to book into the class - and therefore won’t be auto booked and lose a credit for not attending. It means you wont have to remember to leave the waitlist.

 

 

 

Credit Rollovers

 

We are really pleased with this new system! You can rollover an unlimited amount of your credits, for an unlimited amount of time. While we don’t recommend that you do this, it is possible! It helps us manage the number of classes we are offering if everyone aims to use their credits within the allotted month, but we know that life happens so we are really pleased to be able to take the pressure off and let you roll over indefinitely.

 

 

 

Freezing Memberships

 

With the ability to rollover your credits indefinitely, we have taken the decision to no longer freeze memberships. If you are unable to attend for a significant period, we suggest you cancel your membership and rejoin upon your return.

 

 

 

I’m sure you’ll understand that managing freeze requests takes up a lot of our admin team’s time, and with some members taking advantage of this by freezing their memberships repeatedly in order to circumvent the membership renewal dates, we’ve had to make the decision to draw the line.

 

 

 

You can still reduce your credits, so if that would be more manageable then please let us know what you’d like to change your membership to, and from which renewal date.

 

 

 

Using your credits for massage & one-to-ones

 

As you probably know, we offer an exchange of 4 credits for a massage or a one-to-one session, although we’ve previously had to do this manually for you.Now you’ll be able to book into a session with 4 of your credits without waiting for us to help you.Simply head to the “privates” tab on the booking calendar and choose a slot.

 

 

 

Buying extra credits

 

We’ve implemented a new way of buying extra credits! You’ll now be able to buy extra credits at the same price of the credits on your membership. We’ll be sending out the direct links to those asap.

 

 

 

Booking windows

 

You can now book up to 90 days in advance. You can overbook for future months, and if your credits haven’t rolled over, you’ll receive a notification asking you if you want to buy more credits or cancel your booking.

 

 

 

Cancellation policy

 

This remains unchanged, but here’s a reminder. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then you will lose the credit.

 

 

 

We have a longer cancellation window for events, private sessions and massages. This is a 7 day policy.

 

 

 

We always lock the door at the start of class. If you are late to class, please don’t disturb those in the class by banging on the door.

 

 

 

If you do not show up to class, you will be charged a community inconvenience fee. If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel your spot so that someone else can take it.

 

 

 

You can cancel a class all the way up to the moment it starts, while you will lose your credit if cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, you won’t be charged a no show fee if you do cancel your spot.

 

 

 

In order for our studio to keep running, we cannot make exceptions to these rules. Please be respectful of this and do not ask us to waive the rules for you.

Head to the below link to set your password, you’ll then be able to pop around your account. If you could head to your account settings and add in any health conditions or injuries for us that would be really helpful. Once you’ve done that - you’ll be good to go on our app! (Just search for the studio on your app store)
