Late Cancellations
If you can no longer attend, please cancel as soon as possible to give others enough time to take your spot.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of class credits.
Arrive on Time
Please arrive with enough time to be on your reformer or mat by the class start time.
If you need to change, use the bathroom, or grab a drink, please arrive early enough to do so. You can use the bathroom downstairs if the previous class is still running.
The door will be locked at the class start time to ensure:
No disruption to other participants.
The safety of you and your belongings.
Everyone participates in the warm-up.
No-Shows
If you do not show up or arrive too late to join, you will be marked as a no-show.
A community inconvenience fee will apply, as waitlisted members cannot take your spot if you do not cancel.
Managing Your Own Bookings
Please make and cancel bookings directly through our app or website.
Our admin team cannot individually manage bookings for you due to the high volume of messages they receive.
Changing or Cancelling Memberships
To change your membership, purchase the new membership in the app first. Then email us to cancel your old membership.
Allow a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel your old membership to avoid additional payments. While our terms specify 14 days, we can usually resolve this within 7 days.
Rolled-over credits can be transferred to a new membership. However, if you cancel without starting a new membership, any unused credits will expire once your membership ends.
