Join Tash for her signature "release" workshop, where she will guide you on how to find release physically, mentally, spiritually.
The session will be a symphony of movement, stillness, self massage, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
You will be taught a combination of self massage techniques, using props and directed breath to help you to find release. There will be elements of yin yoga (holding restorative poses at an edge for a few minutes) and the session will finish with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra.
