Which Yoga Class Should I Choose?!

We understand that it can be hard to know which yoga class would be most suitable for you so we have created this handy guide which will help you decide which class to book.


Our online yoga class schedule is as follows:

Slow Flow - Mondays @ 7.20pm

Lunchtime Flow - Tuesdays @ 1.30pm

Vinyasa - Tuesdays @ 7.30pm

Flow & Restore - Thursdays @ 7.30pm

Workshops - Saturdays @ 11am

Energising Flow - Sundays @ 10am

Restorative - Sundays @ 8pm


Which classes are most suitable for beginners?

All of our classes are suitable for beginners. You will be able to join and follow any of the classes if you have never attended a yoga class before, however the two most suitable for beginners would be Slow Flow on Mondays, or Lunchtime Flow on Tuesdays.


Which classes are best for relaxation?

All of our classes involve a focus on the breath and a deep relaxation at the end. However our Restorative class on Sundays is designed specifically to help you relax and switch off from the outside world. Our yogis all report sleeping better after any of our classes, but the Restorative class is guaranteed to set you up for a deep sleep.


Which classes will help build strength?

Most of our classes have an element of strength in them, you will certainly use your muscles to help you move around in our Slow Flow, Lunchtime Flow, and Flow & Restore classes, although these are slow classes. Our strong classes are Energising Flow on Sundays, and Vinyasa on Tuesdays. These classes are specifically designed to help you build strength in the arms/shoulders, core, and glutes.


Which classes will help release tight muscles caused by running/cycling/driving/desk working?

All of our classes will have an element of stretching in them, but the slower stretchy classes are the Monday Slow Flow and Tuesday Lunchtime Flow.


Which classes are most suitable for advanced yogis?

Our stronger classes are the Energising Flow on Sundays, and Vinyasa on Tuesdays. There will be the option to take advancements for those who are interested. We also run some more advanced workshops, for instances Arm Balances on Saturday 21st at 11am.


Which classes are suitable for those with an injury or a medical condition?

It is best to get in touch to discuss your specific requirements so that recommendations and alternatives can be offered.


Which is the best class?!

The two most popular classes are our Restorative and Slow Flow classes, however our personal favourite is Flow & Restore on Thursdays. It offers a perfect combination of strength, flexibility, and deep restorative relaxation. We also absolutely love teaching the Saturday workshops!


Class prices are as follows:

£5 drop in yoga class

£18/4 class pass

£35/8 class pass

£50/month unlimited membership


Workshops are £10 and not included in class passes or memberships.
