One of the precautions we are taking to help keep the studio clean is that you must always bring your own yoga mat to all classes.
If you don't bring a yoga mat to class then unfortunately you will not be able to take part. You do have the option of purchasing a mat once you arrive at the studio though.
The Ekotex sticky mat is £20. They are thick enough to be comfortable and are slightly sticky to help with grip. You can purchase one here.
The Yogi Bare mats are £65. They are great for grip - experience your downward dog like never before! You can purchase one here.
Both Yogi Bare and Ekotex are female owned, independent, environmentally friendly, UK-based companies.
You can purchase your mat online and then collect it at your next class, or if you want to discuss postage/delivery then get in touch for prices.
