Hello friends. I'm glad you're here.. 

 

I've been back in the studios over the last few weeks and I'm hearing a lot of you talking about overwhelm, burnout, and just generally feeling low. 

 

It's normal at this time of year. It's still cold, it's still dark. We are ready for Spring, but it's not quite here yet.

 

While we wait for those lighter, warmer days, for the sun to do it's thing, it's really important that we keep doing things for ourselves, even when we're struggling. Even when we really don't want to leave the house. 

So with that in mind, here are my top recommendations:

Massage with Lorna

 

Lorna holds a really calming space, with a gentle, nourishing massage. She'll guide your muscles release, while allowing you to drift. 

 

If you're a member, you can use your credits to book in - otherwise we do offer a payment option for non-members.

Restorative Yoga with Massage + Sound

 

This lovely event allows you to go deeper than you normally would in a usual class or sound bath. Within each of your restorative yoga poses, you'll receive massage around the lower back and shoulders. Allowing you to really let go before you settle in for a sound bath. 

Slower Classes

 

Slow it down.... In these gentle classes, our team hold space for you to go deeper into your meditation, to focus more on the breath, to find a release in your pose holds. You'll leave feeling held, nourished, and ready for a deep sleep (good luck on a Friday afternoon!)

Mondays 7.30pm

Wednesdays 7.15pm

Thursdays 7.30pm

Fridays 1pm 

Sundays 6.30pm

Floating Sound Baths

 

If you find lying on the floor to be uncomfortable - our floating sound baths are perfect for you. Snuggle up inside the cocoon of a hammock, we'll tuck you in with blankets, pillows and a heated eye mask. You'll drift off to the sounds + vibrations from our bowls and gongs. 

We'd love to see you, to hold space for you. 

 

But if that feels too much right now, that's okay too. I invite you to just spend a moment, maybe you sit on the edge of your bed, and notice the feeling of your feet on the floor, the sounds you can hear, and the rhythm of your breath. If that's all you do today, that's enough.
