 Lorna is a holistic massage therapist who believes that our bodies can reveal deep insights into our minds and emotions. With a focus on the interconnectedness of the physical and energetic bodies, Lorna’s massages are fluid, grounding and calming using a mixture of Swedish techniques, trigger point pressure and energetic holds. Formally a nurse, Lorna blends her medical and therapeutic knowledge with the natural healing powers of the human body. You can book in with Lorna on Mondays and Saturdays.

Ellen specialises in swedish/holistic massage, aromatherapy, pre and post natal pregnancy massage, deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology, cupping and medical Acupuncture. She is interested in the link between the mind and body and believes that massage goes beyond an hour of relaxation and feels the benefits ripple into our long term wellbeing. You can book in with Ellen on Thursdays & Fridays.

Maddie’s priority is to make you feel the best version of yourself. Her passion lies in brows, evidenced by her expertise in lamination, tinting, and waxing techniques.   If you are a lover of fresh, fluffy, full brows then you have come to the right place. You can book a treatment with Maddie on Saturdays.

Holly is a Systematic Kinesiologist with a passion to empower her clients to get well and feel great naturally.   Using muscle testing she looks for imbalances in the body which can be assisted by using a combination of lymphatic massage, nutritional supplements, acupressure, energy work and powerful techniques to relieve emotional stresses.  Whether it’s gut or hormonal issues, stress, anxiety or backache, you can expect a holistic treatment from Holly every Wednesday.. 

Sam is extensively trained in Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, offering all three of these at our treatment room on Wednesdays and Thursdays. As an ex-professional squash player and an ultra-marathon runner, Sam really understands how important it is to treat injuries, prevent injuries and release tension in the body (and mind!). Sam ensures your massage is tailored specifically to you.
